We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee marketing efforts across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand engagement, traffic, and equity across all channels.

This is a newly created position. Applicants must have demonstrated experience in the eCommerce / DTC arena.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Design and implement an all-encompassing content strategy that promotes continuous, evergreen storytelling across all marketing channels, ensuring a unified and creative brand narrative.
  • Seasonal GTM Planning: Create an evergreen go-to-market calendar that aligns with seasonal trends and our merchandise, captivating new and existing customers with timely and relevant product stories.
  • Creative Brief Development: Develop, write, and refine creative briefs that accurately capture marketing strategies, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborative Content Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop robust content plans that support overarching marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints and channels.
  • Storytelling and Adaptation: Craft compelling narratives leveraging content produced by the creative team to support product launches, and adapt quickly to customer feedback and cultural trends.
  • Brainstorming and Innovation: Actively participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and narratives that can redefine the brand’s conversation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated campaign strategy and execution, with a strong focus on content brand experience and knowledge of marketing channels that drive growth and engagement.
  • Must have DTC experience. Proven experience across organic social media, email, paid channels, and on-site marketing.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, capable of quick pivots, and willing to take creative risks.
  • Comfort with being uncomfortable and a willingness to take creative risks to adapt to the changing cultural zeitgeist.

Compensation

  • The monthly compensation is $3000 - $3800 USD gross, depending on level, experience and qualifications of the candidate.
  • This is a remote position.
