Conversion Rate Optimization Product Manager

At Pattern Brands, we live to curate products that turn your everyday routines into joyful rituals. We are a fast-growing portfolio of brands in the home category looking for a skilled and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in CRO, with a proven track record of optimizing digital touchpoints.

The CRO Manager will be responsible for ideating, managing, and analyzing A/B tests to increase website traffic and drive revenue through sales funnels. They will create a cohesive strategy that takes into account every stage of the customer journey, from first click to final purchase, in order to maximize company KPIs.

Qualified candidates will understand how best to optimize user experience and convert customers at varying stages of the purchase funnel. They will do this by identifying opportunities, defining business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and 3rd parties, and finding solutions that can improve the overall customer journey and experience. They will also have some knowledge of basic statistical practices for running experiments.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director of CRO.


  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, ensuring tests are properly designed and executed to yield valid results.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to create and implement test variations.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement while being mindful of basic statistical best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate on new experiment ideas and drive continuous improvement in key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO.


  • 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or related field. Experience within ecommerce is a must. Experience working with multiple brands or websites simultaneously is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile reports, interpret data, and draw actionable insights.
  • Previous experience with A/B testing tools and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing conversion funnels and increasing conversion rates through rigorous experimentation and analysis.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving digital environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.


  • $3500 - $4500 USD gross per month
  • This is a fully remote position, expected to work EST
