This role supports the brand's marketing and eCommerce efforts by managing the scheduling and uploading of social media posts, assisting with influencer outreach and coordination, and providing general support for the eCommerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and upload content across various social media platforms.
- Assist with influencer outreach and coordinate collaborations.
eCommerce Support:
- Assist with maintaining and updating online store content (Shopify), including product listings, SKUs, images, and descriptions.
- Help manage order creation and shipping documents for warehouse reception.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates and new launches.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to support new product development and launches.
- Create and update reports on store activities, including sales and product performance.
Additional Tasks:
- Assist with operational tasks like shipping label creation, billing updates, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written & oral English communication skills.
- Experience in social media management and eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach.
- Ability to multitask and support various operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours or a blend of Eastern Standard Hours (e.g. through 1pm ET each day)
- Compensation: $1500 - $1550 USD per month
