What we are looking for

We are looking for a NYC, LA, or SF based Sales Operations Analyst to join our operations team to support the sales and marketing teams. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work closely with our Sr. Manager of Internal Product & VP of Sales to support optimizing sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll play a pivotal role in sales productivity and revenue growth.

We are looking for a candidate who feels very comfortable around numbers, data, and systems, and is excited to grow into a more senior role.

About The Role

  • Optimize and manage sales tools, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
  • Own and manage the sales team’s main dashboards and workspaces within Salesforce, Regal Voice, Looker and Salesloft
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify trends and business opportunities, in order to drive data influenced decisions and optimize results
  • Monitor our data to support leadership data driven decision

Your Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue, sales or business operations roles
  • 0-2 back end Salesforce experience. 1 year or more is a big plus
  • High level of proficiency in excel or google sheets
  • Ability to present data and insights to align stakeholders and strategy
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person
  • Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
  • Curious, proactive, loves to help others and excited by getting things done
  • Knowledge of SQL and BI tools, such as Looker, a plus

Salary: Base - $70k - $85K depending on experience level.
