We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Head of Digital Growth to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across content, community, paid media, and partnerships. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends storytelling and analytics to drive acquisition, engagement, and brand resonance.
Content Strategy & Execution
Own the editorial calendar and oversee production of compelling, LLMO/SEO-optimized content across formats (blog, social, video, email) that fuels both organic growth and community engagement.
Community & Brand Engagement
Build and nurture a high-affinity brand community — through social media, forums, events, ambassadors, and authentic storytelling. Develop strategies to increase advocacy, UGC, and engagement.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Lead paid growth channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.), optimizing for CAC and LTV across acquisition and retargeting. Identify new platforms and performance experiments.
Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations
Develop and manage partnerships with aligned brands, influencers, publishers, and platforms to expand reach and drive qualified traffic.
Growth Infrastructure & Analytics
Be self-sufficient in running your own reporting and analytics. Own the performance dashboard and generate insights to regularly report progress and learnings to key stakeholders including the CEO, executive team, and board.
AI Innovation & Tooling
Stay on the cutting edge of AI-enabled marketing. Experiment with and implement AI tools to streamline content creation, personalize user experiences, enhance media buying, and improve overall marketing efficiency.
5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand roles, ideally in a high-growth consumer or marketplace startup
Proven success growing a digital audience and community across multiple channels
Deep experience with paid media planning, execution, and budget ownership
Strong editorial judgment and content instincts; bonus for copywriting or creative direction chops
Track record of building successful partnerships or influencer programs
Analytical and results-oriented; fluent in growth metrics and marketing attribution
Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools
Strong leadership and collaboration skills; thrives in cross-functional environments
Combine left-brain performance rigor with right-brain brand storytelling
Know how to make a startup feel 10x bigger than it is through smart channel strategy
Are obsessed with customer psychology and culture
Are excited to experiment and iterate constantly
