Summary

Spark is looking for a strategic and scrappy Sales Enablement Lead to build, scale, and own all things enablement across our growing sales organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this person will be responsible for onboarding, ongoing training, content creation, and program management — all with the goal of increasing productivity and performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a 30-60-90 onboarding program for SGMs and AEs
  • Create and maintain playbooks, call scripts, talk tracks, and sales assets
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to diagnose gaps and launch targeted trainings
  • Build and manage a training calendar across onboarding, product updates, and skill-building
  • Own and report on key enablement metrics (e.g., ramp time, time-to-first-deal, utilization rates)
  • Lay the foundation for an enablement team over time as we grow

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or training, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Experience building onboarding and training programs from scratch
  • Strong program management and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product
  • Comfort rolling up your sleeves — this is a builder role
  • Bonus: experience supporting a field-based sales org

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of Medicare or healthcare sales
  • Experience with LMS, Gong, and HubSpot

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Spark. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Spark is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.

Base Salary
$120,000$150,000 USD
