We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.</span></p> </div><p> <strong>About the position:</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Stellar is looking for a Business Development Representative who will help grow our national network of primary care providers by serving as the first touchpoint in the sales process to contract with providers. In doing so, you will support the growth and transformation of the healthcare industry by supporting primary care evolution from FFS workflows to FFV workflows. This role will be the outreach to primary care practices across the country..</span> </p> <p> <strong>What you will do:</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">C</span><span style="font-weight:400;">onduct high volume of outreach via cold call (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn to build relationships with providers targeted to be in our Network</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Prospecting will be across a diversified set of providers, both geographically and by provider (including but not limited to, independent primary care practices, large medical groups, hospital systems)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Schedule sales meetings between primary care practices and our Network Engagement team (ie “qualified opportunities)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Achieve monthly activity quota of qualified opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Innovate and test creative ways to gain access and trust to the PCP practice decision makers</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Transition contracted provider to the appropriate next stakeholder in our sales process, our Provider Operations Team, by scheduling the Contracted Provider for Onboarding. Travel percentage varies depending on the time of year.</span> </p> <p> <strong>Pay:</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The salary range for this role is </span> <strong>$60,000 - $65,000</strong> <span style="font-weight:400;"> and will be eligible for <strong>commission based upon attainment of personal quota.</strong></span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellar's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range.
