About the position:

The Senior Contracts Analyst will support the contracting and procurement activities on the Finance, Compliance, and Growth teams. This individual will complete our Ironclad implementation as well as provide general management of all documentation, work flows, and processes. Ideally, this candidate will identify opportunities for simplification, maturation, and automation to save money, time, and effort across our processes. This individual will liaise with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Finish Ironclad implementation and organize all contract document templates
  • Lead the rollout of Ironclad across the business including communications and training for various teams
  • Support the Growth and Finance teams during all phases of customer and vendor contracting
  • Liaise with external legal counsel for all commercial matters when needed
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, organization, automation, and savings
  • Coordinate with our external software procurement support vendor

As a Senior Contracts Analyst you should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant administrative, legal operations or paralegal experience recommended
  • Prior experience implementing workflows within a CLM (ie Ironclad) is highly preferred
  • Commercial contract experience including coordinating and maintaining NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, BAAs and other types of agreements
  • Ideal candidates will have some experience in legal ops, procurement, or vendor or contract management
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and ability to provide excellent customer services
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excitement about working in a startup environment with a strong mission.
  • Self-motivation; ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills; presenting information clearly, concisely, effectively, and persuasively with internal and external clients and management
  • Process-management skills; ability to help identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 and will be eligible for an equity grant and an annual performance based bonus. Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellar's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Stellar rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
