About Stellar Health:

Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes.

At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform - a mix of technology, people, and analytics - supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Using the Stellar App, our web-based, point-of-care tool; practices receive a simple checklist of recommended actions that support the best quality care. Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way.

Stellar is a US-based Health-tech backed by Top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product & proven operating model. We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.

About the position:

Stellar is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Implementation Specialist to join our growing Provider Success team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of Stellar by new medical groups.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new Medical Group users during their implementation journey, providing expert guidance and support through group and 1:1 training sessions. • Proactively communicate project status, potential roadblocks, and implemented solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.

    Product Knowledge and Process Improvement:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Stellar’s platform, its features, and its value proposition within the value-based care landscape. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and enhancements.
    • Gather client feedback and relay it to the Product team for continuous improvement of the platform.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    Performance and Compliance:

    • Contribute directly to the achievement of key onboarding metrics and goals, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
    • Maintain a results-oriented approach, diligently tracking progress against established goals and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy standards, to safeguard customer information and uphold the highest ethical standards.

As Implementation Specialist you should have:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects.
  • A results-oriented and goal-focused mindset with a proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly value-based care models.
