About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SRE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating single-tenant deployments and running large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant customer-facing systems.

What you’ll do

• Automate single-tenant deployments across various clouds and compute configurations.

• Monitor and enhance key service metrics like availability, scalability, latency, and health, across all customer deployments

• Prepare for new customer rollouts and expansions, advising on resource optimization.

• Simplify infrastructure setups to reduce operational overhead.

• Provide rapid response to user emergencies, platform alerts, and support requests.

About you

• 5+ years of experience in deploying, managing, and operating scalable and fault-tolerant Linux/Kubernetes infrastructure in AWS, GCP, and other public clouds.

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix/BSD internals

• Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible/Puppet/Chef, Docker and Terraform.

• Able to troubleshoot and debug issues, and demonstrate a methodical approach to root cause analysis

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to details

• BS/BA in computer science or related field

• Must be based in NYC metro area as this is a fully in-person role
