About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Designer to join our team. As our first product designer, you will establish our design culture and own the end-to-end design process, from user research to coordinating with engineering and product on each release.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with product and leadership teams to design intuitive workflows for highly technical and complex engineering challenges.

• Communicate with our users to understand their pain points and iterate on their feedback.

• Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design assets.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the feasibility of designs.

About you

• You have 4+ years of experience in digital product design

• Your portfolio includes a proven track record of shipping intuitive web experiences.

• Ability to translate ambiguous, and technical user needs to concrete requirements and turn them into comprehensive designs

• You are an excellent visual and written communicator who is able to clearly communicate your design work and justify your design decisions

• Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise, devtools, or productivity tools is a plus

• Must be based in NYC
