Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior writer to join our team focused on Request for Proposals (RFPs). In this role, you will help develop and respond to questions on the firm's products and services from investment consultants, existing clients, and prospective clients. The responses will be in the form of RFPs, Requests for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
The RFP writer will also be responsible for updating, maintaining, and developing the language library. The RFP writer will support establishing an efficient relationship and collaboration across Voya IM products.
The RFP Writer will strive to ensure that all deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant to provide a high standard of service and the best opportunity to bring in new business.
This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) from prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in crafting compelling RFP responses.

We have a strong preference for an individual located in one of the following cities: New York, NY | Phoenix, AZ | Austin, TX for a hybrid work environment but we are open-minded to stellar talent remotely.
The expected salary range for this position is $90K - $100K. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.
