About the Role:

Are you a dynamic Product Management visionary looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Identity Graph capability? Join us at Wunderkind and be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on revolutionizing the industry.

Our Principal Product Manager, Identity, will play a pivotal role in defining our roadmap, ensuring market success, and driving innovation to meet evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements. You will join a highly collaborative team that continuously moves our products forward in the fast-changing world of Martech/Adtech.

Overall Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and execution of Wunderkind’s Identity and data collection solutions, including, but not limited to, our JS client-side tags and mobile SDKs
  • Track the development of industry and regulatory changes that might necessitate changes in our product strategy and identity capabilities
  • Bring identity-based products to market by gathering requirements from stakeholders, scoping features with engineering teams, and defining/measuring success KPIs for all stages of product launch
  • Collect feedback from external client stakeholders and apply to future product requirements
  • Define, analyze, and communicate product success metrics
  • Spearhead adoption across the organization

Skills & Competencies

  • 8+ years as a product manager for a SaaS or data product, including experience in compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, PIPEDA, etc.)
  • Experience working on products with developer interfaces (javascript web data collection - client-side storage/cookies, webhooks, APIs, SDKs)
  • Extensive product strategy experience, specifically with defining overall product strategy, identifying market opportunities, understanding client needs, and aligning product roadmaps with business goals
  • Stakeholder management experience – ability to collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organization (sales teams, engineering teams, external clients, etc.) and gather feedback (both internally and externally)
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate ambiguous new ideas
  • Strong prioritization skills - you can separate what really matters from the noise, and you can help others understand those priorities
  • Delivering business value to customers early and continuously while still working towards a broader strategic vision
  • Experience with iterative, agile product development
  • A self-starter who can identify key focus areas and prioritize time commitments in the absence of specific guidance
  • Deep understanding of digital identity, graph technologies and databases, online and offline data collection, data onboarding, and data models
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management & organizational skills

The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
