Wunderkind International is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations to navigate the complexities of balancing business growth with efficiency. This role focuses on leveraging internal data to support growth, business initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate is driven, quick to learn, and highly motivated. They must be a skilled communicator, capable of managing projects and deadlines independently. Strong analytical abilities, creative problem-solving, and ability to develop proficiency in new systems and tools are essential.


  • Budgeting: Work with GM International and Finance in the development of financial and budgetary plans. Monitor progress and suggest tactics throughout the year to remain on target.
  • Growth: Develop business plans for growth and investment opportunities, and oversee their execution.
  • Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost growth and efficiency - via effective resource planning, cost management and other associated initiatives.
  • Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Guide business decisions with ad-hoc analysis across various initiatives. Maintain accurate reporting, derive insights from data, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Product: Contribute to the launch and success of regional product initiatives.


  • 3+ years experience, from consulting or business operations in tech.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Effective problem solver who addresses issues systematically.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with senior colleagues.
  • Proactive and energetic, with initiative and a focus on results.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and relevant KPIs is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tech/digital marketing is a bonus.
