This leader will also be involved in strategic discussion to help manage the growth and development of the DEN. This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial team. You will wear many hats and be part of establishing a unique member experience to build the DEN into a global premier business networking community for consumer-focused executives. We’re looking for people who aren’t afraid to dive deep, set the bar for excellence and have full ownership over their impact.

  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Manage the DEN’s Social Media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) which includes posting commentary, content, organizing recommendations, posting job openings, etc.
  • Capture, track and analyze DEN activities within Salesforce and other analytical and data tracking tools.
  • Build landing pages, event pages, and forms in Hubspot.
  • Create email marketing communications in collaboration with Content Marketing Team.

Content Calendar Management:

  • Help create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the network’s marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to produce high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters etc.
  • Identify key members to participate in member spotlight podcast; prep interview questions, coordinate schedules.
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • This leader has 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a membership-based organization or executive network.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to be a persuasive communicator; proven experience articulating strategic concepts, project planning, and execution, to all
    audiences including c-level executives.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success working in a rigorous, high-growth, results-driven role that directly impacts the growth of a business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with high degree of autonomy.
