Why You’re Important to Us:

Wunderkind is looking for a self-starting and dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager who will help senior leaders at large companies solve their most pressing digital problems through our cutting edge software platform. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be tasked with building, maintaining, and growing relationships with our customers. This role requires a consultative and holistic approach to the customer lifecycle. This includes building out comprehensive marketing strategies, executing and optimizing those strategies, all while delivering next-level results and service.

Day In The Life:

  • Own the relationship and ultimate success of a strategic segment of Wunderkind's customers ($300k ARR+), including strategy development, renewal, and upsell
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors to fully understand your customer's business strategy and measurements for success
  • Continuously think outside the box to generate new campaign ideas, tailored to the unique needs of your clients
  • Serve as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including product management, sales, engineering, and design
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in WKND and fully leverage our entire suite of services

You Will Stand Out With:

  • 4+ years experience in client service, account management, and/or digital marketing
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and EQ; you enjoy building relationships, overcoming push back and high touch client interaction
  • Desire to help mentor junior members within the Customer Success team and share learnings across the department
  • In addition to strong storytelling and strategic problem solving skills, you are comfortable navigating technical conversations and executing on technical projects with internal and external stakeholders. You also have strong WKND product knowledge and/or an ability to learn the WKND product quickly.

  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies
  • Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with with a passion for the marketing technology space and a healthy dose of humility
