About the Role:

Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our dynamic Ads Supply team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programmatic advertising while working with top Digital Publishing brands.

As part of a team managing a diverse portfolio, you’ll handle client requests, reporting, and data analysis. You’ll also contribute to ad management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop custom reports based on client needs.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management: Providing excellent customer service and assisting Customer Success Managers with client communications and relationship management.
  • Project Management: Work with multiple Customer Success Managers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Presentation & Strategy Support: Assist in creating data-driven presentations and reports to optimize client strategies.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other internal stakeholders to support initiatives, troubleshoot campaign issues, and drive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator: Ability to convey insights clearly through written and verbal communication, including presentations and reports.
  • Detail-oriented & organized: Capable of anticipating customer needs and proactively address any issues or concerns, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client set up accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, drawing logical conclusions, and reporting findings to key internal or external stakeholders
  • Curious & eager to learn: Excited to build expertise in programmatic advertising, data analysis, and client management.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, as well as Salesforce, Monday, and Jira
  • Customer Focused: Confident with navigating complex client conversations.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year of experience or previous internship in Advertising/Marketing, Client Services, or a related field.
  • Experience with Advertising, Digital Publishing, or website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) is preferred but not required.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn more about the ad industry and programmatic ad space

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Monday, and Jira
  • Bachelor's degree

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in customer success, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience with advertising technology and performance data while working alongside senior team members to serve leading publishing brands.

The base salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
