Job Summary
Wunderkind is seeking a Vice President, Head of Global Professional Services to lead our 130-person global PS organization, with teams across the U.S., UK, and India. This individual will own end-to-end delivery of client onboarding, implementation, integration development, replatforming projects, and long-term integration health. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technical depth, and operational scale ideally within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
This role is critical in setting the vision for how our platform is deployed, evolving our client integration architecture, and scaling delivery capacity through a combination of internal talent and outsourced contracting relationships. This leader will also partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leadership to shape the future of our GTM strategy—specifically by defining service packaging that aligns to our next-generation platform capabilities and delivers clear value across client tiers.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development (30%)
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing global PS team across multiple regions.
- Build a globally integrated, high-trust culture that fosters seamless communication and shared accountability across time zones.
- Develop clear lines of ownership and coordination across Implementation, Onboarding, and Integration Maintenance functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Partner with Talent and HR to support recruiting, onboarding, and development initiatives.
Client Delivery, Systems & Operational Scale (30%)
- Ensure flawless execution of client onboarding, implementation, and replatforming projects.
- Expand and maintain integration frameworks across client tech stacks, ensuring long-term integrity.
- Drive standardization of delivery methodologies to improve global consistency and scalability.
- Implement and optimize technical queue management systems (e.g., Jira) to increase throughput, clarity, and cross-functional coordination.
- Establish and scale external contracting partnerships to increase global servicing capacity in a cost-effective manner.
- Promote unified delivery workflows across continents, ensuring global teams operate with one playbook and shared performance expectations.
Strategic Initiatives & GTM Enablement (40%)
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and prioritize technical enhancements that unlock scale and reduce delivery friction.
- Lead the development of services packaging and pricing models aligned to evolving platform capabilities and customer segments.
- Partner with Solutions, Sales, and CS to ensure new offerings are clearly understood, scoped, and deployed.
- Facilitate productive collaboration with high-functioning senior leaders across the organization, driving joint decision-making and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities and internal tooling needs to reduce servicing tasks while preserving performance.
- Track and report on delivery KPIs, capacity forecasts, time-to-value, and integration quality metrics across the portfolio.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Implementation, Product Development or Solutions Delivery, ideally within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of scaling large, globally distributed service organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage technical operations workflows and tools, such as Jira or equivalent systems.
- Experience managing or partnering with offshore or outsourced delivery teams.
- Proven success in leading globally distributed teams with a focus on integration, cohesion, and shared delivery standards.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive consensus and action.
- Strategic mindset with experience creating and evolving services GTM packaging in partnership with Product and Commercial teams.
- Passion for operational excellence, team development, and culture-building.
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business graduate degree a plus.
Travel
- Up to 25% travel required, including client visits and international team engagement.

The base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
