About the Role

As a Visual Designer at Wunderkind, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your creative and technical skills across a wide variety of industries. Your work will directly shape the customer experience through Email, Text, and Website campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client strategies and brand guidelines into performance-driven, visually compelling experiences using HTML and CSS

  • Deliver high-quality design work for Email, Text, and Website campaigns

  • Collaborate with Engineers, Service Delivery Managers, and Product Integrity Analysts within your pod

  • Join client calls to communicate design decisions, present work, and align on best practices

  • Work closely with client-side marketing and design teams


Key Qualifications

  • Expertise in design principles including color, layout, and typography

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (digital marketing experience is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Comfortable coding in HTML and CSS

  • Ability to follow brand and in-house design standards with precision

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of craftsmanship

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The base salary range for this role is £38,000–£42,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
