Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Own and continuously improve the new business forecasting process in collaboration with GTM leaders.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytics to track progress against key targets and KPIs.
  • Implement and enforce processes to maintain strong data hygiene from lead acquisition through closed-won deals.
  • Collaborate with systems and data teams to ensure GTM tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation) are integrated, reliable, and optimized for data accuracy and accessibility.

Operational Support

  • Ensure data, tools, and workflows support efficient execution across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain and optimize processes for account and contact data enrichment and management. Analyze cohort- and segment-level performance to support GTM decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Identify and address process bottlenecks or friction points across the GTM funnel to improve efficiency and conversion.
  • Partner with the organization's HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide GTM performance insights that inform broader organizational performance management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to junior Revenue Operations team members to develop their skills and ensure high-quality execution of operational tasks.

GTM Process Enablement & Strategic Initiatives

  • Act as a key operational leader in the rollout of major GTM initiatives including product launches, M&A integrations, and strategic pivots.
  • Assess and align sales processes, reporting frameworks, and operational systems with evolving business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product) to ensure effective execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions in a high-growth SaaS environment; MarTech experience preferred.
  • Strong command of GTM analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members in an operations or analytics function. Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is 120,000 to 135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
