About Wunderkind:

Wunderkind is a performance marketing solution that uses AI and data to help brands acquire and retain customers through one-to-one, personalized messages across websites, email, text, and ads, guaranteeing a lift in revenue. Founded in 2010, Our goal is to scale a brand’s ability to create and grow customer relationships through websites, email, text, and ads. We believe individuals should have the freedom to choose the kind of internet they want. An internet that fosters genuine relationships with brands. An internet that treats humans like real people instead of “web traffic.” We also believe in empowering brands to treat their customers as individuals, satisfying their unique needs with tailored experiences and thoughtful communication. By expertly personalizing, automating, and scaling beautiful one-to-one experiences, Wunderkind helps brands acquire new customers at scale and keep them loyal for life.

About the Role:

Wunderkind is building the next generation of agentic decisioning platforms that help marketers create uniquely authentic experiences for their customers.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll craft elegant, scalable experiences that help marketers make confident decisions at scale – without needing to micromanage every creative, campaign, or rule.

We’re looking for a systems thinker who designs with delivery in mind: comfortable ideating in Figma, experienced in AI-assisted coding workflows, and driven to close the gap between design idea and live-in-production. You’ll join a growing UX team of product designers, researchers, and design engineers trusted to shape strategy and define how our autonomous marketing platform works, feels, and earns user trust.

A portfolio of relevant design work is required for consideration. We take the time to personally review every portfolio.

Why Join Wunderkind UX?

This is a high-impact role on a product with incredible scale and complexity. You’ll have visibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape our platform and Wunderkind’s UX culture. If you’re looking for a place where craft, problem solving, and autonomy converge, we’d love to talk.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and ship high-impact features across our platform – from core AI-driven workflows to onboarding, activation, and growth experiences that drive user adoption and time-to-value
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to drive clarity from ambiguity
  • Design, prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI-assisted design workflows
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalable, high quality patterns for human/AI collaboration
  • Present work to senior leadership with confidence and narrative clarity
  • Mentor and collaborate with other team members to raise the bar on craft and systems thinking

What you have:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience designing complex SaaS products
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and systems thinking across a range of SaaS design projects
  • Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools
  • Strong systems thinking skills – your designs scale and adapt across user and system contexts
  • Experience integrating user research and testing into design decisions
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, turn complexity into clarity, and ship at velocity
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – across functions and up to senior leadership
  • A growth mindset around learning, improving, and working smarter without sacrificing quality

Level-ups:

  • Experience in MarTech or data-rich SaaS platforms
  • Experience leading SaaS onboarding and growth initiatives
  • Working on agentic interfaces or multi-modal UX

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
