Position Overview

The FP&A Manager will play a key role within the Corporate FP&A team, supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for a SaaS organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing management presentations, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and support our growth trajectory. The Manager will also serve as lead business partner for the corporate G&A departments.

This position is remote within EST timezone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. This includes the annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.) and operational dashboards for managers and executive leadership.
  • System & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes, including our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software and ERP system.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with corporate G&A department heads and business partners to understand their financial needs, support their planning processes, and provide ad-hoc analysis to help them manage their budgets effectively.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support strategic initiatives by performing special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by the CFO, SVP of Finance, and other executives.

Qualifications/Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in finance, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in corporate FP&A at a SaaS, technology, or high-growth company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is a must, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling. Google Sheets knowledge is also helpful.
  • Experience with financial planning software is highly desirable. Individual should be able to master Aleph in a short period.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems. Company utilizes NetSuite.

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
