Operations
You will be responsible for building the pipeline for Bobyard’s GTM roles including SDRs, AEs, CSMs, running a high-touch candidate experience, negotiating offers, and owning your hiring metrics. You will operate against industry benchmarks and overcome limitations in building pipeline and having effective conversations with leading sales candidates showing discernment and intuition.

This is a full-time & in-person role in the SF Bay Area. Learning rate and dedication are vital factors. If you can prove that you can execute on the pipeline our customers are waiting for at the speed and quality the market demands (or if you can prove that you will acquire the ability to do so fast enough), we would love to work with you.
Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
