Lili is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to take a part in helping us shape and build our hiring infrastructures for scale and success. You will have a pivotal role in shaping our DNA as we continue to grow.

  • Managing the whole recruitment cycle from start to finish, including screening applicants, conducting in-depth HR interviews, performing reference checks, and drafting and issuing employment contracts
  • Develop and recommend effective recruiting strategies to leaders and managers; support and coach them to make the right hiring decisions.
  • Ensure that the best talent pooling strategy is implemented, which includes sourcing candidates through social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), networking events, friend referral programs, etc.
  • Engage all relevant channels in the promotion of Lili's employer brand.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in recruiting for technical roles
  • Enjoy crafting creative communications and having a positive impact on people’s careers
  • Enjoy creating a buzz in social networks
  • Have experience in sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborator and a team player – an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
  • BA degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree - a major advantage
