The Role

Our Restaurant Success team is looking for a Restaurant Account Manager to join the team. There are two central focuses for this role - The first is to manage relationships with a portfolio of our restaurant partners, helping with general account management and ensuring that our restaurants are getting value from their partnership with us. The second is to help drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for our partners to optimize their presence on the Seated platform.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated and self-driven with a clear passion for growing partnerships. You will have a sense of ownership and pride in your impact on the company’s success.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Seated partners
  • Grow your portfolio through upsells and account optimizations
  • Ensure all accounts in your assigned portfolio are accurately represented in-app and are set up for success within the partnership alliance
  • Proactively leverage data to identify opportunities to generate additional demand for your portfolio
  • Manage ongoing communication with your accounts, handling any inbound escalations, and ensuring stability to prevent churn
  • Maintain assigned account data within our CRM and report on the status of accounts accurately
  • Help your assigned portfolio of restaurants bring in new customers and optimize their revenue

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years work experience in a Customer Success, Sales, or Hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Friendly, authentic, patient, and empathetic
  • Self-starter and problem-solver mindset with ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Analytical mind with ability to interpret data to answer customer questions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and bring a serious amount of passion to the company mission and team development
  • Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 based on previous experience & qualifications
