The Challenge to Solve

As a Senior Product Manager you would be working on one of our fastest growing products, which is critical to enabling the “reverse franchise” product offering that we provide to independents pizzerias and restaurants.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a critical portion of a large product. Product decisions will be nuanced, and will require cross-functional collaboration and full consideration of tradeoffs. You will also need to find the correct balance of serving multiple customers, including both the Shop and the Consumer.

The Team

You will be partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance.Your day-to-day team activity will be focused around building and maintaining a healthy roadmap, which should incorporate insights from formative research, data, market analysis or technical insights, as well as in-depth customer feedback. You will need to partner with your engineering and design teams to ensure that these plans are understood by all, and that there is the correct structure in place to deliver against the goals you set. Doing so will require you to effectively communicate with others outside of your immediate work group in documents, presentations, and in person from time-to-time.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to build world-class products for small business counters. These are the core competencies this role calls for:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Marketplace or SMB products.
• Experience both in analyzing data to help develop hypotheses and then constructing experiments to test them.
• Experience in driving business outcomes, as opposed to shipping features.
• Demonstrated experience using some kind of product analytics tool.
• Clear passion for Design Thinking and being a partner to Product Design.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner well throughout an organization.
• Meticulous in taking care of the details and demonstrating end-to-end ownership of work.
• Fluent in agile software development.
• Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry a bonus

Salary Range: $140k - $150k with equity & benefits
