The Challenge to Solve

Onboarding can often be a mundane, static and non-engaging experience, but it doesn’t have to be. In order to help new hires excel in their roles, we have a thought provoking onboarding program that immediately engages new hires with real-world scenarios allowing them to understand the core competencies needed for short-term and long-term success.

The Role

Our Senior Manager, Revenue Onboarding will play a pivotal role in setting new Sales and Account Manager hires up for success by creating engaging and impactful learning experiences that build both competence and confidence. This individual will lead a dynamic onboarding journey, coaching new hires on core sales competencies and ensuring they are equipped with the competencies, tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to excel. They will also manage all logistics of the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new hires.

Additionally, the Senior Manager, Revenue Onboarding will provide monthly performance updates, tracking the post onboarding progress of new hires in the field and ensuring alignment with company objectives. With a deep understanding of sales processes and a passion for coaching, this role is designed for someone who is resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a growth mindset and is committed to empowering new talent for success.

The Winning Recipe

We’re looking for creative, organized, resourceful and data driven candidates that have 4+ years of enablement or leadership development experience. If you are excited to build engaging enablement content, improve productivity and execute critical learning programs, then you’re in the right place!

Some of the core competencies this role calls for:

  • Sales Training & Coaching: The ability to design and deliver training programs that help sales teams improve their skills and performance. This also includes ongoing coaching to reinforce learning and development.
  • Communication Skills: Strong group facilitation, written communication, and active listening abilities to clearly lead training sessions and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adjust enablement strategies and materials based on team needs, industry changes, or shifts in business goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and tracking progress using the Kirkpatrick Model in partnership with performance metrics.

Salary Range: $140k to $160k

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

The Hiring Process

Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy. This entire process is expected to take 2-3 weeks to complete and you’d be expected to start on a specific date.
