The Opportunity
Attract and hire exceptional talent for our growing Customer Experience teams in Prishtina, while ensuring a thoughtful, consistent, and engaging hiring process from end to end.
The Role
Slice is in a high-growth phase in Prishtina and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring for our Customer Experience team, a critical part of our 2025 growth plans. This is a pivotal role for someone who understands the local talent market, cares about creating high-quality candidate experiences, and is excited to elevate our employer brand in Kosovo. You’ll be our go-to recruiting expert on the ground, owning full-cycle hiring, building strong local partnerships, and helping us stand out to top talent.
The Team
The Talent Acquisition team at Slice is data driven, high performing, passionate about our mission and empowered to make decisions and take ownership. We have TA Partners and dedicated Talent Sourcers to allow for a seamless experience for all. We are truly viewed as partners throughout the business and this role will report into our Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
