The Challenge to Solve
Slice is entering a pivotal phase of growth and to deepen our understanding of customers and users, we are hiring a Lead UX Researcher to establish a research practice. The Lead UX Researcher will lay the foundation for how we understand and act on user needs, behaviors, and contexts. Your mission is to turn scattered insights and assumptions into a cohesive, usable and continuously growing body of knowledge. You will develop research as a strategic function, enabling product, design, and business teams to make effective, data-informed decisions.

The Team
Your immediate peers will be the Product Design team, which is currently made up of seven (and more incoming!) amazing Product Designers, located across the US and the UK. You’ll also work in partnership and collaborate with other business functions such as Marketing and Operations. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Design.
