About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and hands-on Recruiting Lead to own and evolve our hiring function, and help shape the broader employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, loves building processes from the ground up, and is excited to work cross-functionally to help us scale thoughtfully.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting Scope

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across key functions, including sourcing, screening, designing interview plans, scheduling, and managing candidates

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies to hire the best talent for the role in a structured and objective manner

  • Develop and promote our top of funnel strategies across sourcing, employer brand, and referrals to help us attract the best talent

  • Maintain and analyze recruiting related data and report out on hiring progress

  • Deliver a best in class candidate experience

People Scope

  • Help streamline onboarding and ensure a consistent, welcoming new hire experience

  • Partner on initiatives around performance reviews, leveling, and compensation frameworks

  • Support internal systems and tooling (ATS, HRIS) and help scale people processes as we grow

  • Work closely with leadership on culture-building and team communication efforts

About You

  • 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting with at least 2+ years of experience in a start-up environment

  • Expertise in recruiting both technical and non-technical talent, including senior and executive hires

  • Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Ashby preferred

  • Strong understanding of recruiting data and reporting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Bonus points if you have some experience in broader people operations work outside of recruiting
